Delivery services

We work with the following carriers:

  Colissimo is the trusted parcel delivery service for private customers provided by La Poste, the French postal company, for over 100 years. Colissimo handles an average of 2 million parcels a day, and up to 4 million at peak times.
• Mondial Relay
  Mondial Relay specializes in parcel delivery services for private customers, and is one of the leaders in e-commerce parcel distribution, thanks to its unique network of relay points and lockers in France and Europe.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Nord Laine undertakes to dispatch ordered items within the usual 24 to 72 hours, once payment has been validated, from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays. You will be informed if a longer delivery time is required. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address, confirming shipment and tracking number. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

No customs taxes will be refunded. Please take this into account before placing your order.
