Refund policy
In accordance with article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be intact, in its original packaging and not have been in contact with a smoking environment or animals, which would make it impossible to sell again. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sale items, gift cards, magazines, damaged, opened, stained or spoiled items, or wool that has been baled by us at the customer's request, or sold in skeins and baled, or wool that has been knitted.
Returns will be at your expense and must be sent by Colissimo with tracking and signature, in appropriate packaging. No refunds will be made for balls or packaging that have been flattened or crushed in an envelope.
